What do I do if I got an inaccurate rating or review?


Every once in a while, in spite of your very best efforts, someone gets upset about something that happens in a service provider and customer relationship.

While we encourage users to only post true, accurate and fair ratings and reviews, there might be a case where that doesn't happen.

If you feel that the rating or review you have been given is unfair or inaccurate, use the help system to submit a ticket. Include your version of events, and attach any proof you might have.

If you can prove that the review is unfair, we will consider removing it.
